JOIN US IN THIS ULTIMATE UNWIND
In a world so full of doing, give yourself the freedom to just be. Winter can be a time so chock full of activity and excitement that we forget to take the time to unwind and find some stillness. This restorative two-hour event will offer space for you to reset your body, breath and mind - allowing your nervous system to recharge.
We will be fusing mindful movement, restorative yoga, myofascial release (cue the drooling!), and our breath to unwind the excess tensions that life can bring. Intentionally set late in the evening at the end of the week, Candle Lit Yoga will be the perfect catalyst for the deep, dreamy sleep you deserve. This practice is accessible to all, with plenty of props & modifications to accommodate your unique body.

Taking the time to attend one of Sonja’s restorative workshops is a great way to give your mind and body a break life stresses. The practice is a perfect excuse for self care as I'm always left feeling mentally and emotionally relaxed; especially knowing that I'm giving my body the attention it deserves as this is something I wouldn't do on my own. She is so good!
