The Details...

  • Health & History Questionnaire (Client Intake Form) must be completed, signed, and on file prior to the beginning of the first session.
  • Clients are charged for the session if cancelled with less than 12 hours’ notice. Client must email, call or text to cancel or reschedule a session.
  • Prices are per session and there is no bulk buy discount.
  • Sessions range in duration, but are typically between 55 and 60 minutes.
  • 10% discount for students, military, teachers, first responders, and law enforcement. MUST show valid ID.
