The Details...

  • All members & personal training clients pay an annual $65 enhancement fee at time of enrollment.
  • Health & History Questionnaire (Client Intake Form) must be completed, signed, and on file prior to the beginning of the first session.
  • Training sessions will begin promptly at the time specified by the client and trainer. Client must email, call or text to cancel or reschedule a session. Clients are charged for appointments cancelled with less than 8 hours’ notice.
  • Discounted rates available for students, military, teachers, first responders, and law enforcement. MUST show valid ID.
