Available Classes

Barre.

A dance-based fitness class designed to sculpt, stretch and strengthen. Set to upbeat music, each high energy class is focused on core engagement, muscular endurance, cardiovascular conditioning, flexibility and balance. Using small pulses to challenge various muscle groups, expect to “feel the burn” every time.

Power Barre.

Is like a traditional Project 968 barre class, but with a kick in the pants! Like barre, cardio and HIIT? This upbeat class is designed to give you more movement, and more sweat while minimizing impact on your joints.

Cardio Kickboxing

Get your rage on and your stress out with this fast paced cardio kickboxing class. Jab, punch, kick and sweat your way to improved cardiovascular health, while learning some cool martial arts moves!

Circuit 45.

A low impact, strength and muscular conditioning class for all fitness levels. Bring your sneakers and be prepared to sweat, burn and challenge your muscular endurance! 

Synergy.

A High Intensity Functional Training (HIFT) fitness program that provides a challenging full body workout that varies between hypertrophy, muscular endurance, muscular strength and cardio training. With loud and upbeat music, we modify exercises for all fitness levels and push you to the next level.

Boot Camp.

Will leave you feeling strong, accomplished and sweaty by challenging both your cardiovascular and muscular conditioning limits. The full body workout is a fun way to jump start your weekend.

Flow.

Grab your mat and join us for a unique, style of yoga that uses breath to connect a seamless sequence of postures. These postures are aimed at working up a sweat in the physical body as well as calming the mind and is ideal for anyone craving a good challenge but also a rewarding divine, emotional experience.

Mobility.

A class designed to balance your workouts by restoring mobility and flexibility using various stretches, sequences and techniques.

SWEAT.

Love or need cardio? SWEAT is a total cardiovascular workout incorporating cardio equipment and the outdoors to challenge your capacity. Designed with everyone in mind, this 45-minute class will leave you energized, sweaty and ready to start your week.

Open Gym

Self motivated or missed a class? Our open gym allows you to never miss a workout as one is provided for you. Like our classes, no workout is repeated, and you can come at a time that's convenient for you. Come in, select music, push play and workout!
